Claims Hub Ltd, established in 2020, is a Claims Management Company based in the United Kingdom. Our supply chains primarily consist of marketing companies.

The Company has implemented a comprehensive Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Policy that reflects our commitment to zero tolerance towards modern slavery, forced labour, and human trafficking in our business operations and supply chains. This policy extends to our suppliers, contractors, and business partners. We have established robust due diligence processes to identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to modern slavery and human trafficking in our business and supply chains. These processes include:

We have established the following KPIs to measure the effectiveness of our efforts to combat modern slavery and human trafficking:

  • Number of audits and reviews conducted on suppliers, contractors, and business partners.
  • Number of employees trained on modern slavery and human trafficking awareness.
  • Number of reports or incidents related to modern slavery or human trafficking and the actions taken to address them.

Training and Capacity Building

The Company is committed to providing appropriate training and resources to our employees, suppliers, contractors, and business partners to ensure they are aware of their responsibilities under the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and our Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Policy. We also provide guidance on how to identify and report instances of modern slavery or human trafficking.

Reporting Mechanisms

Any concerns or suspicions regarding modern slavery or human trafficking in our business operations or supply chains can be reported through our confidential whistleblowing hotline, available to all employees, suppliers, contractors, and business partners. The Company is committed to investigating all reports and taking appropriate action to address any instances of non-compliance.
