No Win No Fee Claim
Our No Win No Fee Success Fee is based on which claim you are lodging and which expert panel member we refer you to. The maximum the legal panel can charge as a success fee is:
25% – 50% + VAT of any compensation awarded to you.
The legal panel members will inform you about the exact fee before you enter into any agreement. There may be a termination fee if you cancel your claim with a panel member after the cooling-off period. We are paid a recommendation fee by our panel members for a successful recommendation. Claims Hub Ltd will not charge you for our service.
How we will assist you
Claims Hub Ltd provides this site, claimshub.co.uk, as part of an introductory service that aims to put you in touch with a specialist solicitor or legal executive without delay. We will not charge you anything for doing this.
Solicitors on the panel pay a financial contribution to our marketing costs and the upkeep of this website, in order for us to provide this service. Further details about our arrangement with panel firms are available on request. Claims Hub Ltd are not qualified lawyers and do not provide legal advice.
If we feel we cannot help you, we will let you know, and of course, you are free to seek legal advice elsewhere immediately.
Any resulting contract that you enter into for legal services will be with one of our panel solicitors, not Claims Hub Ltd. Claims Hub Ltd therefore, do not accept any responsibility or related liability for any advice given to you or other work carried out on your behalf, by our panel solicitors, or any other solicitor that you chose to appoint. You are under no obligation to instruct one or any of our panel solicitors.
Solicitor firms pay for marketing, call handling and other services. This does not affect the value of your claim in any way. If you are close to the time limit for making a claim, do not wait, contact the solicitor firm immediately.
